Lockwise's master password deactivated regularly
Hi,
I'have a serious problem (i'm french, sorry for my english).
Lockwise's main password is regularly deactivated, exposing all my passwords, including those of my hosting. Why ? This infuriates me, makes me think I am not at all safe and makes me want to turn to another solution. And yet, I've been using Firefox almost since its inception and it's the only password manager I trusted and now I'm going to go for something else ...
Does anyone have an explanation for me? I am using openSuse Tumbleweed, Linux Mint, occasionally using win10, and Android on an S10 +. Synchronization and all that goes with it works carefree, but why this deactivation of the master password at certain times ???
In advance, thanks, Xaruf

The Primary/Master Password is specific to the Firefox profile (each profile can have its own PP), so if you would use another profile and connect to Sync then you would get the logins unencrypted unless you would create primary/master password.
You can see the profile path on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page.
