Is there a similar performing alternative to Google's Widevine on Firefox? If not, would I find one on a different browser?
Since I must add something in this box I'll just explain that Google is the most egregious violator of privacy and I want nothing to do with them

If you need to access DRM protected content then your only option is the Widevine plugin.
