I am using Windows XP Pro and stop using firefox when it stopped holding my LastPass information. Does and will the new Firefox work on my Windows XP Pro??

Just trying to find out if the newest Firefox will work on windows xp Pro. My computer will not take new updates, not fast enough. Stopped using firefox because it kept dropping my LastPass info. Now if this new version will work on my OS because would like to go back and see if it would hold my lastpass and update the present browser I have.

On Windows XP, you should be using the Extended Support Release of Firefox 52. See: Firefox has ended support for Windows XP and Vista.

The ESR release only gets minor fixes during its lifetime, so what you are hearing about Firefox Quantum (Firefox 57) is not relevant to you.

As for LastPass, I don't know the current status. You may need to use an older version of their add-on if they have made changes incompatible with Firefox 52.
