A word in the text is highlighted every time I go to "send" - and only that wprd is then printed.

I once did a search for the word "Derby". Now when I wish to print an email, "Derby" is highlighted, and only that word will print, so I have to un-highlight it every time (it appear on my signature panel). Help!?
