Without knowing details that you are having, all we can recommend is navigating to facebook.com and entering you login details. If you are having difficulties displaying the screen on your device, you may want to try using desktop view. You can read more about how to do this here.
To save a screenshot on your device, you may need to hold down the volume and power buttons (subject to your device). This will save your screen as an image file that you can attach to your forum post using the Browse button.
This may not be necessary, as you can just clearly state to us the problem that you are having, the site that you are looking at, what you are trying to do and what (if any) error messages you are seeing.
