Firefox crashes
Al least every hour whether I'm using it or not. Deleted history, checked add-ons, tried safe mode and it crashed, refreshed and it still crashed. Windows says my graphics driver is up to date and working ok.

That can possibly a problem with Trusteer software (RapportTanzanxx.DLL).
Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software. You can try to contact Trusteer for support.

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now.
- Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
Mac:System Preferences -> Other -> Rapport -> Stop Rapport
Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.
- Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0
- Shockwave Flash 13.0 r0
You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.
You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.

I uninstalled Trusteer, will wait and see what happens.
I see the 2 Flash players on the about:plugins page, but don't know how to uninstall the Flash 13 from there. Control Panel shows me that only Flash 17 is installed, i cannot delete Flash 13 there, please advise.
This is a known issue with Trusteer (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1159484 for more details), so uninstalling should work.
