This message pops up whatever site I am on and proceeds to close whatever I am in and then opens up the e-mail account.

Does this happen in all browsers or just firefox?

Are you using a chat program at the time? Do you use Yahoo?

Try to clear to Yahoo cookies.

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

I do use Yahoo. I do not use chat and this happens in all browsers. Thanks.

If it happens in all browsers then I don't think this is a firefox issue.
