The instructions said "Drag the icon into my apps folder." Drag from where? It also said, "when prompted." Prompted how? Then it said, "Drag the icon from the apps folder to the dock." The dock I understand. Where is it in my apps folder, how do I locate it? For this I need a human, live assistant, please.
