Why Don't you deal direct without involving Google. It took three days yet to down load your latest $ version thru' Google

First Let me ask this Question .Why you depend on Google.?Why can't you deal all your matters and things concerned to you direct like Google,including sending e-mails?I have been trying to unload your Latest Mozilla Fire Fox 4 to update myself since three whole days !. Can you help me install Mozilla Firefox 4 at least to day by my soliciting you direct ?You Abolish FAQ the others use to hide behind it to avoid customers direct. One person may not have the same problems like the other. If its is so you can use you FAQ method politely.Have a Tool bar of your Own exclusively for Music,Videos,Mails,and so on.and still you can be a better web page connector narayaneaswarsharma@gmail.com. You do not know how much Google discourage people to contact Mozilla in India. If I offend you in any way Pardon me. First let5 me have Mozilla Firefox 4 today itself direct. It will please my heart which is operated on for 4 times at the age of 66 years. Do consider my views Narayan Eswar Sharma

We really need more detail of your Firefox and Windows, Mac or Linux versions to give you the best advice. For example, some older operating systems, particularly Mac, will not work with Fx4.

This will take you direct to the latest versions of Firefox in many languages including English.

You should be able to get considerable help on the Firefox Support page, The Search Firefox Help box above is a great source of information although it takes a lot of effort to work through.

On this Forum you are only talking to users just like yourself. I know of no links between Firefox and Google.

If you have problems with updating then easiest is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
You may need to remove the Firefox program folder to do a clean install of the new version.

  • Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
  • Do not remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
  • It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.
