I’ve done so much research and spent so many hours doing exactly what everything says, but they’re just some sort of bug in the system that won’t allow it. either that, or all of the websites are forgetting something really important. When I disconnect and reconnect it again it will say that it is syncing four hours and then just stop at some point without having acquired the first user name or password. Please help me fix this. I was really wanting to like this product, but as far as the smoothness of the operation, this company is decades behind Google.
