After upgrading to FF 62.0 on Debian 9 I'm getting the message "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional". I already tried all the steps described in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-bookmarks-and-history-will-not-be-functional

Additionally i tried: - Creating a new Profile - chmod -R 777 on profile folder - running Firefox in safe mode

None of these helped

Please use the 'troubleshooting' feedback instructions in the previous linked article and post the info (via a paste service) as a comment please. I suspect the permissions issues may be higher up than the profile directory or from a previously corrupted db, but hard to tell for sure with the provided info.
