What happened to the feature that allowed me to see open tabs on other devices?

This function seems to have disappeared recently - now there is only "Synced Tabs".

I would like to see open tabs from other devices which would make browsing device portability better.

"Synced Tabs" is a new name with similar features for 'tabs on other devices'.
