I am having huge problems with Firefox!!! I am very upset with their support services! I have cleaned the PC of firefox and install it again, worm still there!
Ads and tabs keep popping up. I have tried removing and disabling plugins, resetting browser, starting up in safe mode, litterally deletely everything firefox, unistalling, reinstallling, and clear cache and cookies! What next?! My father wants to surf the browers worm free! I have never seen so many worms on a browser! Please help!

If you are infected with viruses you will need to run multiple programs to remove them. Please try the following article for help. Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware
You should also go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and get a good add blocker.
