Even on other browser I cannot get any infomation because the code is not being sent go my phone and I cannot use my email because I cannot get a code to open it. Please Help.

I had to uninstall my VPN because it was frozen, and I couldn't even switch it on, even when I restarted my computer.

This has happened before, so I had it uninstalled & then downloaded it again.

You will see proof, by the screenshot I have attached to this email, please advise manufacturer.

My OS has the latest updates MacOS Monterey 12. 7. 6

Does using the VPN cause Microsoft to state there is unusual activity on my account ie because the IP address changes?

I installed the VPN yesterday and now have a message from Microsoft stating there is unusual activity on my account - different IP address (IP address: 63.245.216.65) and… (emoñe’ẽve)

I installed the VPN yesterday and now have a message from Microsoft stating there is unusual activity on my account - different IP address (IP address: 63.245.216.65) and the location being in the US not the UK. Is this because of the VPN?
