It seems that the Window Size settings in Connection Preferences will not save my window settings. It will always default to seamless. This is particularly difficult when using Citrix. The Full Screen settings must be set each time you log in.

I've tried deleting the plist and profiles and installed versions from 3.6.12 to 3.6.17 and none of them seem to save the Connection Preferences.
