Hi,

I have a perplexing issue. The Lastpass extension for Firefox isn't working for one user on a PC.

I have tried various fixes including, uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and the Extension, manually deleting all Firefox data for that user.

On another user account on the same PC, LastPass will work within Firefox and will login correctly. This doesn't happen with the problematic user account. The login process either never begins or will put an endless spinning logging in prompt on screen and never logs in. Normally the extension login process takes seconds to complete.

Do you have any ideas what might be going on? LastPass doesn't seem to have any information which can help. I've asked.

Do you have a complete list of all files and folders created by Firefox for each Windows user so I can try manually deleting them. It's possible I've missed something when I've attempted this is the past, not having such a list.

Kind Regards
