When signing into google on a fresh install of FireFox this is the message I get:

Couldn’t sign you in This browser or app may not be secure. Learn more

Other support tickets about this problem are on browsers like Chrome and Brave, can't find a single one that is about FireFox. Please help.

On FF 120.0.1 and Tab Reloader 0.6.1

I have FF set up with 7 tabs as home page, 6 of the tabs have tab reloader set to reload ever 1 hour. This has worked fine for years, the tab reload for the 6 tabs were saved after restarting FF. I didn't have to go back and tell tab reloader to reload after restarting FF. Maybe once and a while one tab didn't get the reload saved on a restart, usually always the same one.

Now when I restart FF none of the tabs have saved the setting to reload every 1 hour.

This has been going on for the last 2 releases of FF updates and there hasn't been any updates for tab reloader. Does anyone know why this is happening, I haven't changed anything in settings. I did uncheck hardware acceleration to see if that would fix another issue, but tabs weren't reloading after restart prior to that change on hardware accelation.

I couldn't find a category for Firefox accounts/Mozilla accounts, so this question will be posted in the Firefox forum.

TL;DR Is there any way to get in touch with someone at Mozilla who can correct a faulty notification email address for a Firefox/Mozilla account?

My best guess is that when I first created the Mozilla account, I used the Gmail address, and even after changing the primary and secondary email addresses for the account, the Gmail address still remains somewhere in some database in the backend and it can't be removed or changed by an end user. Is there any way Mozilla can fix this issue?

Today I received an email introducing the renaming of Firefox account to Mozilla account. The email was sent to my old Gmail address even though I've changed both the primary and secondary email address in my Mozilla account settings a long time ago.

Email notifications about sign-ins and/or changes that are made to the Mozilla account are sent to the correct email addresses that I've configured in the account. So the issue is with general announcement emails regarding Mozilla accounts.

I have not received the email about the Mozilla account renaming to the email addresses that are configured in the account. Somewhere down the line I will delete the Gmail account, but that will also mean that I won't get these kind of announcements and thereby risk missing important information regarding the account.

I recently sent a lot of tabs from my phone to my computer. However, when I started Firefox on my computer, since Firefox tried to load the content of all sent tabs immediately instead loading them lazily (which I think probably should be the default behavior), it took a very long time for Firefox to display even the tab that was currently selected, and I therefore decided to kill Firefox and reopen it, in the hope that all new tabs would load lazily. Instead, when I reopened Firefox, none of the new tabs where there anymore; it was as if they had never been sent. I would like to get them back, but I have no idea how to. Does anyone know if that is possible and, if so, how?

Recently I´ve encountered problems with (mostly) accessing nba.com. I don´t get the resultbar. Today klicking on one of the menue items (Schedule) Firefix refused to load the page claiming "Not safe". As you can see I´ve accessed the page a number of times. /Leif Arvidsson

It hard to explain what I mean so I recorded video, link is below. I want Firefox to behaves the same as Chrome. So as you can see, when I use address field for quick search then pop-up appears with search results. And I click on these search results with middle mouse button. But on Chrome it works normally and on Firefox not. I am redirected to just opened tab what is really annoying. I must go back, input the same if I want open several result. How to change this behaviour to achieve the same what I have in Chrome?

Also it’s exactly the same when it comes to bookmarked pages in a folder on the bookmark bar. When we click folder with bookmarks we have dropdown menu with bookmarked web pages from this folder. And when I click something with middle mouse button then page opens in new tab but this dropdown menu disappears, and again I must click folder when I want open more sites. In chrome it doesn’t. How to set it the same for this?

When printing a page to PDF, with headers & footers, the default setup shows the date in right footer. However this date format is in (for me) awkward US format . Is there a way to show the date according to system regional short date & time ?

So it looks like notifications stopped working with the lastest Firefox version 120.0.1. Specifically notifications functionality has stopped working for ForexFactory.com. The site says browser disallows notifications though the settings in the address bar indicate that they are allowed. This is also the case for other sites like MarketWatch. Wondering if there is a bug or my install is corrupted. Let me know if anyone else is experiencing this or knows anything about this. Thanks.

Machine is Windows 10 with a Logitech wireless keyboard. Latest Firefox browser. Not always but sometimes when using Firefox browser to log in somewhere or enter data on some web site, I'll get an incorrect entry for a key stroke. e.g. I enter a 0 and get a 1. But if I enter a 1 I get a 1. So far the error key has always been different.

I've tested things by launching a notepad or Word document and entering the character and in those all works fine. But go back to Firefox and I get the error again. What I have to do is to close and re-launch Firefox and so far this fixes things. It's an intermittent problem which forces me to keep another browser on the machine and ready. Imagine entering a password when all of a sudden you type 'X' and it gives you an 'E'. Really frustrating!

Shortcut icons (4 rows of them) have disappeared from my Firefox home tab. After a Firefox update, they were gone. Just white boxes. I tried to re-enter shortcut information, but the box always goes back to white and empty. I tried a System Restore. That didn't work either. I depend on these shortcuts for my work and bill paying. Please, someone help me! Thanks!

cAPTCHA is recent problem in Firefox browser ... never before was it a problem. cAPTCHA keeps asking to choose an image but keeps on never verified ... I had to get Chrome browser to finally log in to a site I wanted.

Good evening, I have an issue related to ETP. Reading through several articles I couldn't find an answer to the following thing: How do you treat cookies set by Hubspot or GA4? They are a First Party cookie, but they don't always have samesite-parameter filled out.

I know that the lifespan is limited for first-party cookies. But I don't get whether samesite=none/empty makes a difference? Because data will be sent to a third-party server.

I'd be glad about clarification and your help. If you have articles covering this issue, that would also be great. Thank you for your support.

shoould i uninstall and reinstall mozilla firefox? as far as i know im using all the default settings. when i search the net it returns a page that im sure the site doesnt intend its text and other features to be so HUGE. I ALWAYS have to scroll down to get to a button.

Hello, every once in a while Firefox on my Win 10 PC resets bookmarks, logins and saved tabs to ones that I used several weeks/months ago. I also remember that it once switched back to a newer instance a few days after switching to and older one. When I try to open the app, it also creates a new icon on my taskbar. This has happened around 4-5 times in the last year. Does any one have an idea what the problem might be? Thanks in advance!
