Suddenly I cannot search from the search bar. It defaults to the address bar. why "fix" something that was not broken. Being forced to use the address bar is frustrating. If you go directly to the address bar, it tells you it cannot find that site.

i re-installed my windows, installed firefox, and it automatically re-synced everything, a few days later, windows had an issue so i had to install windows again, but this time, when i installed firefox, i logged in, and after finishing syncing nothing was there, everything is gone, that being said, it's only form the desktop browser, i still have all my bookmarks and passwords on my phone's firefox, but they wont sync into the desktop one i cant find an option to export the phone ones into a file to import in the desktop app, i need help

I'm on Win10. This morning I see that MSLOP has updated my desktop PC overnight. FF was open before the update and attempted to restart but couldn't restore pages. I told it to start a new session and the PC blue screened. This has happened before so after the PC restarted I shut it down. It blue screened a few times while also trying to restart FF. I shut it down with the power button. FF will not start with troubleshooting (shift while double clicking on FF icon). It crashes and I get the crash window. Latest crash detail is below. What next? Any help is much appreciated.

UPDATE: I went to windows settings, apps, and clicked on uninstall for FF. Immediately a message box, "Would you like to refresh instead?" popped up. Sure, why not? It thought for a while and updated. I logged in again and I am back to a functioning 147.0.3. I logged into my bitwarden extension and ublock origin is still there. No clue what happened earlier.

I use Firefox on all of my computers and they all have a plus sign next to an open tab to open a new tab, but on this computer I have to right click on the 5tab bar to open a new tab - how can I get the plus sign to show for easy tab opening?

After it updated to 147.0.3 it says that it is not compatibile with miniversion 147.0.2 nor with maxiversion 147.0.2. It suggests re installing (done) so can now at least access Mozilla again but still says at varying times not compatible etc. It is Windows 10 Any suggestions?

Thank you for the prompt reply and I'm sending it back to English I have a problem with the yahoo.mail account. While I log in normally when I'm on google on mozilla I can't log in and while it accepts the passwords. He gives me an answer: " Technical problem. Right now we can't connect you try some other time " I spoke with help YAHHO . I did everything prescribed but nothing. It took me to the solution of the subscription. Can you help? Thank you

'I have an additional bookmark toolbar along top of my screen... how to delete this bookmark bar. When I delete each of them it's all still there next time I open my firefox

I have updated my firefox on W11 laptop to the latest version 147.0.3 (64-bit) but it cannot show any pictures from some, but not all, sites. Not from www.svt.se nor from www.yr.no But its ok from other sites, as www.tradera.com and www.kjell.com

It works fine using android firefox version 147.0.3

Any ideas, anyone?

Hi, Since the search open tabs function is part of the overflow button in a horizontal tab layout, when you switch to vertical tabs, you lose that search function. Is there a way to add it to my vertical tab layout? Thanks, Scott

Μου βγαζει ως απάντηση : " Τεχνικό προβλημα .Αυτή την στιγμή δεν μπορούμε να σας συνδεσουμε δοκιμαστε καποια άλλη στιγμή " Μλησα΄με βοηθεια YAHHO . Εκανα ολα τα προβλεπόμενα αλλά τίποτα . How to remove google search from the address bar on the right?????

I want to find my most visited websites in the address bar without any unnecessary actions!!!

The last few days I am unable to load websites that I regularly use. I get a cannot find error message. I have no clue what is going on. I turned off the vpn but that had no effect. This is really hindering my getting things done. Anyone with insight? I cleared the cash and cookies and all that, rebooted the browser as well as the desktop. Thanks

When I opened Firefox today, it asked me which profile I'd like to use. I named one Katy and then continued. Now, I can't see any of my bookmarks, none of my passwords are saved, none of my sites recognized. I've been using Firefox for years. Everything I have is saved there. I just want my old stuff back. I'm signed in on my account, but can't see another profile that I can choose. My phone still has all the passwords and bookmarks from before but I I can't see what profile I'm signed in under. Can anyone help?
