About tab crashes Every time I open Firefox, it crashes immediately and does not trigger the crash report window. Even though I have checked and enabled the option to send crash reports in the settings, it doesn't work. When I look for crash report logs, it shows that I have not sent any crash reports.I've tried many methods to view the crash report, but it just shows that there are none. I only found this information related to crash reports in the installation files.(you can see it in the picture)，hope someone can answer this question, thank you very much.😭

I have Windows 11 and the Firefox 124.0.2 browser. I cannot update to the latest version of Firefox. I receive an error message "Failed to update". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, ran the install utility selecting update, nothing seems to work. Please help

Firefox is synced on all my computers. Same version. Same extensions. I can't login on my primary desktop as of last night 5/23/24. I can login/watch Prime on my laptop. My desktop gives me the attached error.

I am trying to connect to a website but I keep getting error code 522. I've tried using Chrome and it connects to the website with no problem. I've checked my privacy settings and I do not have that website blocked. What else can I check?

Why is it so much updates all the time with Mozilla Firefox NIGHTLY Browser for the 127.0a1 version that was released 15th of April 2024? I don't even see the benefits of the updates or any information and what the content is in them. by clicking on "What new" doesn't show anything other than this from 15th of April.

Today 05-08-2023 when useing Firefox, im no longer able to use enter key to execute a simple google search. But it works fine on Edge. I don't want to be forced to switch to Edge, how to i fix it?? it just happened randomly. More precisely it's the center of screen search-bar that don't work. I can still use the standard (top) search-bar

I have already tried to update it, close it, nothing works. And i would really like to not lose all my settings by uninstalling it.

I noticed that someone else had this question, but instead of answering it, it just got archived.

When browsing Youtube, the browser Back Button doesn't work. For example, if I start on the Youtube main page, then click on a video, it will show the video. But then, when I click the browser's "Back" navigation buttion, it does not take me back to the main page. The URL in the address bar will be the main page, but it will continue to display the video I just watched instead.

This only seems to happen on Youtube. It's been a problem for a while - possibly as much as 2 years or even more. And it doesn't happen every single time. However, it has been happening a lot more frequently lately.

It's almost as if Firefox just doesn't want to refresh.

I've tried clearing the cache. The problem persists. I've dried disabling all add-ons. It still happens. I've tried running it in troubleshooting mode. Still a problem.

I've tried to duplicate this in Microsoft Edge; it doesn't seem to happen there.

Two issues using latest version of Firefox with Windows 10.

These 2 issues have occurred in the last few days

First I cannot attach my files to my emails using Gmail. I'm able to do this using Edge or Chrome

Second, normally when I used to start typing the name of my correspondent it would automatically complete. This is no longer working. I'm able to do this using Edge or Chrome

Starting about a week ago, when I use Firefox 124.01 on my Windows 10 PC to visit Ebay, the pages show in Portuguese, and the country shows as Brazil. I'm in the USA. This problem does not occur when I use Chrome, Opera or Edge. Any idea about why this has happened and what I can do to fix it. On Ebay, I can manually change the language and location, but if I close Firefox, the problem returns. I'm using the version of FF that keeps no cookies or history. Thanks

I have to create a new question because when I try to reply to the answers I received the system comes up with an error page.

My version of Firefox is 120.0.1 and has been downloaded from the Mozilla website.

The problems occurs with all PDF file both local and from the internet.

The attachments are highlighted in blue in t he opened PDF file but cannot be opened. There is no way to click on the attachments.

Attached is a screen shot of one PDF file because I cannot attached the PDF file itself

On start up this morning, Firefox was gone from taskbar. I found ff eventually but all my bookmarks and history are gone. Can I recover them? Why did this happen? Also missing home button

Is this the only way to send thunderbird an email??? If it is that's OK. I am a fairly new customer of Thunderbird. I have a new laptop and want to find out if Thunderbird has any questions forb me to answer. I think my password is OK, cause I signed in somehow. My original question was how to prevent McAfee demands to be installed. The reply was "That isn't a Firefox issue but McAfee support to resolve for you. Also check with McAfee site and support about their software issue. Also Firefox Browser doesn't do popups to buy a product or software. " However the title of the popup IS Firefox. Would you suggest that McAfee is the originator of the malware?

I installed Firefox at work and set my personal email address as secondary to my business address. Well, I liked Firefox so much that I decided to use it at work and at home - and I removed my personal email from my business account. Unfortunately Firefox is still recognizing my personal email as the secondary address for my business account and I am completely incapable of making a new account. My bookmarks and saved passwords are all different between home and work. I NEED two individual accounts, just like how I was using my browsers with Chrome.
