I was looking for an item that would be a couple of years back in my history, only to discover that my history now only goes back a year and 3 months… Exactly, as of today, I don't know if that's meaningful. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened, and how I can restore the rest of my history? Thank you!

I'm on a Mac using Mojave, with Firefox version 115.8.

I always want the address bar suggestions to start with my bookmarks. Is there a way to control the results? I remember there was something in about:config previously.

We have used Firefox for access to certain sites for years. Recently, we wanted access to particular sites, but the info boxes needed would now not allow entries. Then, we went to Chrome and there was no problem entering the info. Please provide a response to resolve these issues of Firefox not allowing data entry, but Chrome allowing data entry for the same sites.

Am trying to update my email address. When I try to make the secondary the primary, it wants a verification code entered. The field for this code will not let me paste it or enter it manually. Will this glitch be fixed soon?

Others asked and were pointed to extensions. As long as extensions get access to my pages, I'm not willing to use any. So, is there an option in advanced settings, to return to previously viewed tab when I close a tab? Thanks, Cat

At one time, I was able to swipe left on my trackpad and go back to the previous page on firefox. I can't seem to find where to set that preference. I'm running MacOS.

I'm on a Mac running Monterey 12.7.4. I've been using Firefox for years with no issues. All of a sudden Firefox can't load any websites. Message: "We can’t connect to the server at www.XXX.ca." But Safari loads all websites with no problems. I can't figure this out.

I had to delete and add back several accounts due to a change in servers (cox.net to yahoo.com). Prior to this I just had the All Folders, Local Folders and below. Now I have the Unified Folders and below, which are essentially a duplicate of the folders in the old All Folders. (See attached image) Not only is it making things confusing but I'm storing duplicate emails and it seems to be affecting performance, Thunderbird now randomly quits and restarts. So, how do I delete either the All Folders or the Unified Folders and move the few sub folders that are unduplicated into the remaining group?

Every time I restart firefox, my spellchecker languages disappear, leaving me only with one - the addons are still installed, they're just not available to be selected. Even now I can't spellcheck in english. Please help.

I've had this problem for a while and I don't know what to do.

I had a problem where Firefox kept crashing before it had finished loading up all of my former tabs and windows and so I was given the option of opening Firefox in "Safe mode" which I did, but now Firefox only starts in "Safe mode"...

I'm running the most up to date version of Firefox.

Even after numerous Uninstalls and a Reinstalls I keep getting this error notice when trying to open Firefox...

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)

Firefox browser, v123.0.1, 64-bit. windows 10 Pro, 22H2.

Hello, this may not be a problem with Firefox itself at all, but I'd like to try to understand what the cause of the problem I and others are having.

I have Norton 360 installed, in this Windows 10 computer and like to use Firefox for internet browsing, it has always served me well.

I also have Norton Safe Search integrated/add-on to Firefox. This puts a red, green, or gray check mark at the end of each link that comes up during a search and has always worked before.

Recently, I've noticed that such check marks do not appear at all when doing a search with Firefox, but they are present when I do searches with MS Edge.

I am searching for a solution here, and also in the Norton Community. There are others there who have stated they are having the same problem.

Has anyone here heard of this before, would you have any suggestion as to what may be causing the lack of the Norton Safe Search check marks in Firefox searches?

Any input/suggestions would be welcome.

https://register.ridgidpower.com/# is not working. Specifically the Sign-In link. It works just fine with MS Edge. I had all extensions off, anti-virus off and I also cleared the cache twice, and also followed the Help/Troubleshoot Mode to no avail. I'm using V125.0.1 64bit

What the title says. While I was doing school work my session crashed and I lost all of my work. Upon reopening Firefox I was told my browser had installed the latest update for Windows. I then checked my crash logs and saw my session had crashed and Firefox had installed the update. Why could have this been? I would like a solution to this to ensure this doesn't haven't happen again. Thanks.
