Hey there, I have recently completely formatted my pc as it was kind of slow.I then reinstall Mozilla fore fox login as turn on sync and had to login to steam but as i was logging in i forgot password so i checked my passwords as it was saved in Mozilla fire fox previously but i didn't see any saved passwords not only form steam i didn't see a single password of different websites saved on it is there any way to get those passwords back (i had already made an account and saved passwords on it but after re-installation I login to my fire fox account and still see no passwords). A quick help will be very much appreciated

In my cfg file for firefox i use a custom DNS server (Quad 9 which uses 9.9.9.9). It appears this causes DNS Leaks while using a VPN.

The line is this: lockPref("network.trr.uri", "https://dns.quad9.net/dns-query"); Obviously instead of writing 9.9.9.9 this line uses the above shown adress.

If i want to use cloudflare which is 1.1.1.1 instead of 9.9.9.9 what adress do i have to use? Still haven't figured this out...

I am unable to remember my Firefox account password after re imaging my computer. Fortunately, I did create and save my recovery keys.

I've reviewed the following article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-firefox-account-password-recovery-keys

However, when I click the pass reset link in the email as dictated in step 2 under the 'Reset your password with your recovery keys' section, I do not see any fields to enter my recovery key as highlighted in step 3. I haven't taken this step yet because I do not want to lose my password and bookmark information associated to my account.

Can you please confirm how to utilize my recovery codes?

help needed to stop firefox from cancelling the consent (tick box) for providing my logins and password details automatically when required. the tick keeps being removed from my "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" when I close firefox. How do I fix it please...

2 step verification can not turn off I have been working on this problem for days read help files you tube video asked our administrator 2 step is turned off for the whole company. It is affecting only one of my 4 computers. The setup will not show a button to turn it on or off and no pop up ever. Firefox and Chrome same problem.

I follow the instructions for setting a Primary Password (which is constantly being asked for!), but the page turns hazy and unaccessable when I click on the 3 dots and I never get to Options. What do I have to do now?

Just noticed, this AM, that when I was accessing saved logins screen it was showing the password without being asked to login using the system password. Why is that happening and how do I fix it?

I am using Firefox to interact with Babbel language software. I cannot get Firefox to allow me to use my standalone microphone. I tried all the Firefox recommended fixes, but I cannot make them work. I go to the "Microphone" permission setting. There is nothing listed there and it will "not" allow me to add the Babbel website? What do I need to do to allow my microphone to work with Babbel?

Hello, (we are using the latest FF) due to technical requirements we share the same Firefox with our children. We use the primary/master password to access all passwords but FF asks for it just once at the very begin. Once we type the primary/master password in FF never asks again what means that our children can use them as well. Is there any setting in FF that will ask for the primary/master password every time we access password protected web page ?

why do i get this,(We're experiencing technical difficulties.) on all pch.com and spectrum.pch.com

I can get Macy's webpage e.g. and shop items but when checking out a blank page with "searching for secure connection" comes on but the connection never responds. I cannot check out. I believe Macy is a secure webpage. What am I doing wrong? Thanks very much! Alex Weisheit

Can I rename the .corrupt file to restore my logins and passwords? This seems to have occurred during the last update. I am have heart palpitations. I have no other backups.

I have two .corrupt files created at the same time (see image), but their appear identical. This is odd. Does this even matter.

I'm a regular user & used Firefox since long time on my PC & Smartphones i loved this browser. Firefox is my main browser and there are more than 50 website Login & Passwords saved on my Firefox account. Because i trust Firefox so much. I don't keep passwords anywhere except Firefox & i don't even remember all this logins. Recently i forgot my Firefox password and just reset the password unaware of that is caused delete all my logins. So when i reset i lost all my important logins and password. I don't no why you guys did this and now i lost all my hopes. i cant even log my Facebook, Instagram, twitter and so many important websites i daily using. Please i appreciate if recover my old logins & password to this Firefox account and let me keep using Firefox in future.

im using power automate desktop to open the privacy settings, however the URL 'about:preferences#privacy' does not work

However it does work with Edge 'edge://settings/content/cookies'

Hi Firefox team Hope you are doing well. Having been using FIREFOX for ages, continue to use it and tell others to use it.

For the last couple of days encountering a problem. I regularly visit www.tribalfootball.com website to read soccer news. Never had any issue. For the last two days, when I go to www.tribalfootball.com, the home page of the site comesup, but then automatically takes me to https://duta.in/tribalfootball-iframe.php after few seconds. Whatever I do to get back to tribalfootball site home page, it again takes me to duta.in website.

Don't know why this is happening and also don't know how to fix it. Uninstalled FIREFOX from my macbook and installed again but the issue still remains. Any help from you would be great. Note that I don't see this issue in Safari browser.
