After the last Firefox update, my bookmarks list only highlights the thumbnail image. The descriptive text which was previously in white colored text is no longer colored but faded and not readable. How do I resolve this problem? Zak

Hi! I recently lost my old laptop and I'm trying to setup my new laptop without a backup. I was logged into my mozilla account on my old browser before I lost it, but I'm not seeing any of my old tabs, bookmarks, and extensions from my old browser syncing to my new browser. Is there anything I can do to retrieve this data without having access to my old laptop? Thank to anyone who can help!

Hello! I am an avid user of firefox (especially with adblockers) on a windows 11 PC. Unfortunately, I have recently been experiencing an issue where when I attempt to open firefox, a window will open for a split second before instantly closing again. My PC is up to date, I have tried refreshing firefox and doing a clean install, but cannot seem to overcome the issue, or even open it in safe mode. Does anyone have any advice? What's up with this? Two fake Trust Wallet add-ins were disabled within the last couple of days after one stole my money and I reported it, and another similar one. They had been pinned to my toolbar and they were subsequently taken off from there with the message that they had violated Mozilla's policies. Now I see that again there are two of them. How can this be prevented? The most obvious sign that these are fake is when one goes to create a new wallet the add-in directs the user to import instead, i.e. it wants to steal private information like recovery phrase.

So when I open some websites such as the RimWorld wiki ( https://rimworldwiki.com ), whenever i scroll my gpu for firefox launches straight to 100% and becomes extremely laggy. I have no idea what is causing this. My friends and other browsers run it completely fine. I have tried troubleshoot mode, gotten rid of all my extensions and themes, removed all cookies and cache and nothing works. My drivers are all updated, and I have truly just given up. If anyone has any solutions I would be much obliged.

I've been using tab grouping and it is really helpful.

But this morning when I created a new tab group called "MISC" I was unable to add any tabs to it.

1. I noticed that this new group happens to be the 11th group I've created. So I'm guessing that there may be a limit of ten groups. Am I right?

2. And now, some hours later, I see that the new MISC group does appear on my tab bar, but one of my old groups, TECH, has disappeared, but its contents seem to have been added to the MISC group.

Hello! After a clean install of Windows 11 24h2 Pro, Mozilla Firefox is unusable. It takes about 2 minutes to load a page which is abnormal. I remember I had the same issue when I first installed Windows 11 23H2 Pro and that was resolved somehow but it was 2 or 3 years ago and I've no idea what the solution was back then. I've tried some basic stuff including Test suggestion which of course didn't resolve anything as almost all of them are referring to cleaning cache, reinstall Firefox etc and it literally has nothing to do with my situation. Any solutions?

This is the menu you get for almost all shortcuts EXCEPT for Amazon. For the Amazon shortcut you get: Pin Dismiss

That's it. No opportunity to edit it. And if you click on the shortcut, it doesn't take you to Amazon.com, instead it opens "Amazon.com Search" in the address bar. I don't want Search, I want to go to the Amazon home page but the shortcut doesn't take me to the Amazon homepage like it used to. Why is this broken now?

Until recently, I could select the first and last tab, hold shift and move them anywhere I chose. Now that feature doesn't work at all. It duplicates one tab or I'm given a choice to move to the front or last of all open tabs! Please give me the feature back!!1

Trying to download updates from Intel.com and as soon as I click the download button, Firefox just locks up and won't allow me to do anything. I have to basically shut down firfox through task manager to get the browser to work again. I have 139.04 which is the latest update for Firefox

A message to Mozilla if this is a bug how about fixing the problems that some people are having instead of consintration on implementing AI into Firefox as I want a browser that doesn't and isn't link to AI as many other people do as well as some if not most of us are sick to ther back teeth with everything having AI installed with in the programs.

Hello, I think I may have asked about this in the past but cannot recall if I received an answer. Under Settings, I get the message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." This is my home computer and is not being managed by any organization. When I click for more information, it gives me a screen with the following information:

Policy Name Certificates

Policy Value ImportEnterpriseRoots

                         true

If I could get more information on this suspected error, or how to correct it, that would be great. Thanks!

Previously I managed to arrange them in the order I prefer, but an update seems to have destroyed the order again, and I can no longer find the web page which explained how to do it. reading from the top, I would like to see: • Title bar • Menu bar • Navigation toolbar • Bookmarks toolbar • Tabs toolbar • Web content area

When signing in to online Shaw Webmail, message says 'Security Check Failed. Clear your browser cache and retry'. Screenshot attached. Have done so in "Clear browsing and data history", (as per Firefox guidelines) multiple times, for all History and cache. Did not resolve issue. Contacted Shaw Support; they instructed to try logging in with Chrome browser. Worked fine. Issue appears to be strictly with Firefox Browser (on multiple devices). I prefer Firefox over Chrome. Any advice greatly appreciated.
