As of Monday 20 January 2025. Youtube have done it again. Download Helper does not pick up on the video that I am watching and wish to download. This is only with youtube! Since about November I have had to fiddle with what I was watching as youtube would not pick up on the video showing. I had to click on another video, then go back to the first video and the correct url would be there and I could download it. I had to do this for every video.

The tabs keep crashing and videos have black screens with small red screen emoji in middle.

I have read through all the different articles for the "Gah, Your tab just crashed." I have tried all the fixes. I continue to have the same issues. I even called my internet provider to make sure it wasn't on their end and everything for them is perfect.

This is really frustrating.

As much as I HATE Chrome, I am starting to considering switching if I can't get this fixed.

I am running Windows 11 and the latest version of Firefox. Firefox was working perfectly yesterday, but today when I tried to open it, I got the message "This app can't run on your PC". What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

Hello mozilla support team I am Gina I have this problem for about two or three weeks now.I try to watch videos on mozzila firefox and I get gliches and sound dose'nt work.I don't have those problems on vivaldi at least at this moment. Back in November (2024) I began noticing an absorbent number of cookies in “Manage Cookies and Site Data” (MCSD). Considering I delete cookies with fair regularity daily, this is unusual. The amount that I am seeing now, is around 190 advertising/Tracking cookies even when I only visit one or two sites. If I remove them and recycle the page and return to MCSD they are all back in storage in only those few seconds. This process can go on forever. This occurs even when I disconnect from the internet. How is this possible, where are these companies storing this stuff on my computer and how do I remove them and/or stop them from self populating? I have a Dell 64 something, running windows 10 I have Ad Blocker and Privacy Badger, along with a few others that are not security based. See Attachments

I am having a problem with Firefox losing or not updating some saved passwords. It has always worked seamlessly in the past, but in the past couple of weeks (January 2025), several sites that I regularly visit and have saved passwords for (nothing financial; I never save that stuff) have not auto-populated the password field and I have had to change passwords. I did this on one site a couple of days ago, using my mobile and tablet (both Firefox web browsers), but when I went to log in to that site on my desktop Firefox browser today, it had not updated the password, and even when I typed in the new password, Firefox did not offer - as it normally would - to update the saved password. I was logged in to Firefox at the time, so my account was live. Anyone else having this problem? Or know why it's happening?

For the past few months, I've been getting this error and been searching for possible solutions. None of which have worked. I am also not using Kaspersky AV. With this, I'm asking if there's anything else I can do.

Here are the solutions I've tried: 1. Troubleshoot mode / disabling add ons 2. New profile 3. Clearing cache / cookies / dns 4. Changing "DNS over HTTPS" & proxy settings 5. Disabling firewall / AV / VPN 6. Chrome loads the site but I do not want to resort to this. Using developer mode browser does not work either for firefox.
