On one laptop right-clicking on a tab gives me a Send tab to device option and when I click on it I get a message that the tab was sent. But the tab doesn't arrive on the other laptop. 2. Though I'm using the same version of Firefox on both laptops, I can only find the send tab option on one laptop because the menus are different. And many of the instructions I see online describe items on the menu that just don't show up. I know that I was once -- I don't know how long ago -- able to send a tab from one laptop to another. Most of the instructions are about sending from a phone to a desktop or vice versa. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

Hello, I am trying to sync my browser data between two computers. On the computer I want the data from I click on "Sign in to Sync". This brings me through a couple menus asking me to sign in with google, and finally sends me to a space to set my password. I already have an account associated with my email and already have a password. I type in my same password again and a red bar with "Unverified Session" appears at the top. I am using the latest version of firefox on windows 11. I do not want to delete my account or make a new one. I have tried as many ways as I can think of to link my existing mozilla account to my browser but it simply will not let me. Another support ticket solved this by creating a new account but I find this solution unsatisfactory.

When you go to change password in the firefox sync account you can show the previous password. I am available for employment, you are welcome.

When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. I have 3 computers (2 desktops, 1 laptop). I want to permanently delete approx 300 unused/unneeded passwords. I deleted them from computer #1, then logged out of Firefox… (tuilleadh eolais)
I have 3 computers (2 desktops, 1 laptop). I want to permanently delete approx 300 unused/unneeded passwords. I deleted them from computer #1, then logged out of Firefox. The new count was 346 passwords.
I went to the second computer, deleted approx the same number from computer #2. The new count was 324 passwords I returned to computer # 1 and logged back into Firefox.
Within a short time, computer #1 is at 759 passwords, and computer 2 is at 691 passwords.
How do I get the deletions to be permanent? It's the second pass at doing this and I'm FRUSTRATED.

I have no idea what could even be the issue, and I have only seen people asking about sending tabs from PC to Mobile, not the other way around. Is there something I am missing?
