I have add several accounts hotmail.com in Thunderbird with out a problem but, I can't add hotmail.gr account.

I am using tab groups and suddenly they all disappeared. There is no hint or trace of this function, not even in the tab pulldown menue. I checked the internet, I restartet Firefox several times, I restarted my notebook (Windows 11), I checked about:config (tab groups are enabled). I even reinstalled firefox - it seems like tab groups never have existed. What might have happend - and how could I get that feature back?

I'm using Win 11 and ver 140.3.1esr (64 bit)

Thunderbird works perfectly except for just one thing. Every time I write any email it freezes after about 2 minutes. If it's a short email, it gets sent. If it's longer, before I can get to the end, the program freezes, and I have to use Task Manager to stop it. No problem receiving and reading emails. This started about a month ago.

I use Bitdefender, but it still happens with that off. Windows is up to date. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks.

i use Mozilla at work, in logistics.

When booking shippments we use "nShift". Booking is repetitive, so the autofill function (in swedish its autofyll) is pretty useful, and we have used it extensively...now for some reason it has just disappeared and we cant get back.

See uppploaded imgage, tried to follow the instructions,..... also in my edition there is no subheading caled "Formulär & autofyll", it just says "Autofyll".

So the question is, what to do to get the autofill back.

I can not access my bookmarks links, the bookmarks are there, but the links to the internet is dead. I still have access to my home page, though the bookmarks links are dead. How can I fix this? Thank you for you help in this matter. Gary

Hi I was using TB 142 without problems. When upgrading to 143 ou 144.B4 I have problems sending mails to all users after some times. Usually the first mails are sent immediatly but after around 10 mails, I have very slow response (varies from 5 sec to more than 1 minute and sometimes timeout). Usually quitting TB solves the problem but this is very annoying. I went back to 140LTS and sems to have no longer this problem. This was tested on many diffrent networks. I am running under Fedora release 42

The stored passwords are all lost now, I can still see them in my phone (unsynced due to logged out) but cannot see any password in my PC.

when i search anything, the images simply don’t appear, i can’t even see the image i provided, i’m unsure of what i had done to cause this. i do believe it is a user caused issue. i don’t believe it’s something wrong with my phone/wifi, as every other image loads, but i believe i accidentally did something to cause this.

I have a rather odd question. I have a website with a background video that autoplays made with Squarespace. The video plays fine in every browser, except maybe 10-20% of the time will only pull up the spinning white wheel with black background but just in Firefox. I have been through all troubleshooting, DRM settings reset, Cache cleared, hardware acceleration turned off, browser up to date - but none of it gives me a permanent solution. The video itself is up to correct spec in Squarespace, does anyone know what I'm missing? Thank you in advance.

When browsing, I sometimes (more often than not) get a Secure Connection Failed message. The Try Again tab clears the problem sometimes (not that often). This problem has just started happening in the last week, during which I have not made changes to any settings in Firefox. This problem does not exist using other search engines for the same site that I am trying to access, and I note that I also get this same failure when trying to access some Firefox webpages. Is there a fix to this other than contacting the web site owner, which I doubt is the cause of the problem, or for ease and simplicity should I just change to another search engine that does not have the problem?

I use Thunderbird on Windows and on Mac. I'm wondering why the startup time on Mac is significantly longer on MacOS. I'm currently on Tahoe 26.0.1 but Thunderbird has always been a slow starter. Can I change any setting to remedy this. At the moment I have two mail accounts configured both Gmail.

I went away for a few days and when I came back I was missing a bunch of local folders. I THINK one of my employees kids were banging on me keyboard. I know I should not allow them in my office or at least password my computer when I go away??

I could import from an old computer and at least have all the local folders from before I changed computers 2 years ago.     I have a feeling there maybe an easier way?

Unable to install ad blockers; keep getting a message that ad blocker i"s corrupt."

Never had this before from Firefox - what do I do? The ads are disturbing me!

A long time ago I was able to set the max number of rows for shortcuts on the Firefox home page to 5. Sometime fairly recently it has changed to 4. I don't know why nor can I remember which line in about;config I used to change it. I think the line was "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.topSitesRows" but when I try to change it, it does nothing. At the time I first changed it, the max it would change to was 5. The max now appears to be 4 if I did it correctly. Your help would be appreciated.

On Windows 11 laptops, I am currently using an Acer Nitro w/ 12th gen Intel i5 16GB RAM, I use my touch pad for scrolling on sites with infinite scrolling. Occasionally this function breaks, when it does it breaks for every tab in the browser window including the setting, I haven't found a singular or specific cause yet. I have troubleshooted it in the community, the prevailing logic being that themes or extensions are causing some incompatibility, so I have reset everything to defaults and made sure I have no extensions loaded, and the problem persists. I can temporarily fix the issue by going into my settings and turning hardware acceleration on and off again. I am writing this to hopefully point out this bug as clearly as possible in hopes that your programmers can fix it in a future update, as repeatedly turning a setting on and off to "fix" it might not be the best solution in the long term.
