My firefox does sometimes not connect to the internet while IE and other programs do all the time

its kind of weird, sometimes, after i booted my win7 machine firefox is not able to connect to any webpage (except for intranet - like router, printer) while IE and other programs do. I also tested my wlan internet connection via some mobile devices - internet connection works fine.

so anyone any help why firefox is not always able to connect? it cant be the firewall or sth like this, because sometimes its working!
