About an hour ago, my Firefox browser on my iPhone switched itself to dark mode and I can’t figure out how to get it back to light mode.

I did not change or even open settings for my iPhone or Firefox.

I checked both my iPhone settings and Firefox settings and both appear to be set to light mode, so I can’t figure out why the screens are still in dark mode. See attached.
