lockwise passwords gone, second time in 3 days
Yesterday my laptop froze and I had to restart, after I rebooted all saved logins in lockwise were gone.
I re-entered all essential passwords.
Same thing happened today (all passwords gone after a system freeze)
When I boot up my other laptop and use sync, all passwords are still there, but my main laptop refuses or is unable to sync and recover my passwords.
I'm using ubuntu linux with firefox 76.0.1

Did you still have your other personal data like bookmarks ?
Do both these devices use Firefox from the Ubuntu repositories ?
You can create a backup copy of logins.json and key4.db on the other device and transfer these two files to the profile folder on your laptop.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Folder/Directory:
Windows: Open Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
