Pinned sites are represented by app-like icons and they can be moved alright. I guess you meant pinned pages: those are represented by sqare tiles and cannot be moved. This is a momentary situation, where features like that are lacking due to time constraints and will be implemented in future releases.

This is a momentary situation, where features like that are lacking due to time constraints and will be implemented in future releases.
