Tried to load the VPN program and could not connect to the internet thru it or even with my phone Hot-spot. The NPN was not connected either , but stopped all internet connections until I uninstalled it! Why pay for something that I can not use. I have used Firefox for many years with great success until I joined the VPN??? Can someone please tell me what I have done wrong or what is the Problem. I believe that a VPN is worth using but only if it works. Thanks.
