Despite Tab Groups not yet being "rolled out" in Australia, I am wondering if "Container Tabs" will still be Supported (in the following ways):
1. Will Container Tabs still be able to be used effectively in concurrence with Tab Groups? 2. Is it planned that Tab Groups is being developed to replace Container Tabs? 3. If one will be able to use Container Tabs concurrently with Tab Groups, can different Container Tabs Types be split over different Tab Groups? 4. Is it planned that Tab Groups will supersede Container Tabs in terms of Protection, Privacy, etc.....? 5. Will Tab Groups be able to be put to sleep/hibernate in order that Firefox "speed/memory" is not effected?
Whilst on the subject of Tab Groups and Container Tabs: 6. Up until a few updates ago, when the mouse was hovered over a Container Tab, a dialogue box would indicate: the Tab Subject, Site Identity and Container Tab Type. Please bring back the Container Tab Type when the mouse hovers over a Container Tab..! 7. When this (Valuable) information was ceased, the only way to get similar information - namely the Container Tab Type - has been to use the: List all tabs icon {tab icon 2} at the Right hand end of the toolbar. It is a blessing that this was not changed, but still a bit of a nuisance to check them both! Why is this an issue you may well ask? - I am sure I am not the only Firefox user (Forever) - with memory decline!
Thanx

I’m using Firefox version 134.0.2 in MacOS 15.2 with 1Password version 8.10.56 for Mac. The 1Password extension is enabled and the app is open and unlocked but each time I open a site requiring login and password I get a pop-up telling me to, “Press the 1Password icon in your browser’s toolbar to unlock.” This requires me to unlock 1Password again to enter the site’s login/password combination. Not sure if this is a Firefox or 1Password issue but it’s annoying. Any thoughts on a resolution? Thanks

for the copying issue https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/126rtip/copyingcutting_text_switches_to_another_tab/ "" When I press Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, or copy/cut by right-clicking, Firefox sometimes switches to another tab. This happens sporadically, and seems to resolve itself without restarting the browser or even closing any tabs.
This happens on multiple sites, from search engines to Google Docs to Reddit: any time I try to copy text I get switched to a random tab. This has happened to me 5 times as of now, some of those occurring after a reboot. Are you satisfied with the way it behaves? Do you find the tool awkward to use? Extremely sensitive to movement during capture. Tends to jump around, for lack of a better term. I just tried to copy a portion of a page, and during the in the attempt, it jumped to the bottom of the page, and there was no way to adjust back, so i have to start over.
The other day I wanted to save a full page, but both buttons would only "Save visible". No scroll.
Why is the no option to save in another format? The help article here says you can convert it afterwards.
Hasn't they been enough time to make a few small refinements.
Can you suggest an addon that will do the same jobs better?

Dear Sir or Madam, we have had a major problem with Firefox since today! Our specially programmed software, which displays HTML 4/5 with onClick and forms and submit, has stopped working since today! We can no longer work properly!
Example: We click on a button with onClick, an input form is created, e.g. for a construction site with Jquery query and submit button (OK up to this point) and then another input field opens, e.g. for entering hours, and we enter a number/value. - From this point onwards, you can no longer press Enter on the keyboard and there is no (Submit) button in the form to click on.
So from the second form controlled via IFrames onwards, clicking is no longer possible!!!
It is affecting more and more users who use Firefox! Please check urgently.
give me simple instructions. I have not been able to use what I find on-line.

I have my Firefox browser set to ask me where I would like to save my downloads. However, it never asks me. It just automatically sends everything to my downloads folder then opens the file in a new window. I then have to go into my downloads folder and save it where I want to save it. So I must go through the saving process twice. Given that I download a lot of files for my business, this gets real old real quick. I don't have this problem with Chrome. I would like to stick with Firefox, but I'm going to have to make a change if I can't get this issue fixes.

Hello, everyone!
Received new version of Firefox (v138). New feature of tab groups does not function for me as advertised in article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tab-groups#w_create-a-tab-group. I drag a tab to another tab, and they do not cluster as shown in that article. Any ideas here?
Thank you kindly. Dave
