I am unable to log into my energy provider, when I log into my bank I can't use some features like seeing all my transactions, I can't log into Twitter, I can't play anything from Substack.

My mac froze, force quit did not work, unplugged it, turned it back on, all bookmarks were gone and not able to add new ones. Would like to restore old bookmarks and add new ones.

How is this possible earlier it performed normaly. But sinds this week I can't watch TV on my laptop under firefox it keeps telling me SORRY THERE SEEMS SOMETHING WRONG And when I try it under EDGE it performs normaly. I want it back under FIREFOX please

How do I stop this page from coming up several times a day. I have already set FireFox as my default browser, several times, but to no avail. I've careful followed your instructions. I dislike MS and have used FF for years. If this doesn't stop, I'll search for another browser that hopefully behave. I have set it on 4 computers, 2 Win 10, 2 Win 11.

By the way, the computers show FireFox twice, but only one actual installation.

My chosen language is English, with French second and US English third. I want to set French as my translation language but when I select 'Translation Settings' I am presented with a menu that only allows Removal of languages. How do I Add a language ? In this case French.

I am using Linux mint and have never encountered this problem before. It is not a login or password problem! I can't even open the site to get to that part! Connection timed out. Is there a simple fix like allowing AI enhancements? I found disabling them solved my shut down lag time and load time. I wonder what other sites won't work now.

I have a Firefox/Mozilla account associated with one email address. That is my "original profile." When I try to create a new "personal" profile, and I try to log in with a different email address, it tells me that I have to log in using the primary email for my account. But I cannot do that, because I cannot be logged in to two profiles at the same time using the same account.

How can I create a different account for a different profile? I tried doing so, but it doesn't seem to allow me.

Hello- about 6 or 7 months ago I started noticing issues where I will type in a web address or a search term and it will not do anything after pressing enter. Just sit there blank. This does not happen all the time but is happening enough that it is frustrating. for example I could type in bank of america or amazon.com or something like that and it will not do anything. No spinning wheel no anything. I can delete what I typed in and try typing something else and the same thing. I can open a new window and try searching again and it will do the same thing. Then a few minutes later I can try it again and it will work fine. BUT what DOES work always is if I open a new private window and search that way it will always work.

Any thoughts? i've deleted cache/browser history, cookies, un-installed and re-installed. I have the firefox is up to date message. I am using FIrefox 151.0.3 64 bit Using windows 11 Home version 25H2

I use Google as my default search engine in firefox.

I recently installed firefox on my Windows 10 laptop, but i cant pin it to the taskbar via right click (this bug wont go away no matter what i do) and also cant open the start menu (also wont go away). I also tried to pin it directly via the exe, but for some reason, it opens another version of firefox, almost as if it was in another acount was logged in (i only have 1 account in firefox).

I had to reload firefox after getting xpcom error messages, now i can't work out how to restore my passwords,bookmarks etc from my sync profile that i set up months before.
