Hello. I experience a problem that occurred 2 days ago. Firefox seems to ignore my preferences of opening previous windows and tabs, also it ignores pinned tabs. Some of websites disappear from the history (let's say i opened few windows to check if tabs will be saved by firefox, closed browser, opened it after few minutes: tabs are gone, history has only few of websites that were open. I tried to look for the problem by myself but failed. I will be grateful for your reply, thank you in advance.

I can't get Amazon back as a search option Bing is one of the search options selected in search settings, doesn't appear.

If I install an older version will it be ok. Why do they keep installing new updates which cause issues with the one I am using. I installed Opera and will give it a try. Firefox keeps changing things that work.'bold text'

I paid Mozilla $114.35 for enhanced antitracking support but I still get Norton alerts saying I'm being tracked. Was I scammed or is the enhanced antitracking not working?

As stated above: freac.org and GitHub does not open via Firefox (set as default browser)... (timeouts) Access is possible via Google, after signing in to old Google account. If if "settings"/exceptions,etc. need to be made, how to??

I've been unable to click through links in Thunderbird. It appears to be because Firefox refuses to be my default browser. When it asked whether I wanted it to be my default browser I answered yes, but then got a blue message saying I should go to settings/default apps. It has never done this before. I can't use Win 10 Settings because it doesn't do anything because it has been corrupted by a power cut. But this has not been a problem before because Firefox has always made itself the defealt browser when requested. I have tried doing it via the menue but I get the same message. So it appears, either Firefox has changed, or Windows 10, preventing from Firefox doing it itself. I haven't used any other browser. Edge was not set up. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

I've been having an issue lately where random text I've written is being inserted into other areas of my paragraphs in online text blocks. This mainly happens when I hop between paragraphs and try to edit content.

IE: If I wrote this statement and went back to correct something above, this sentence would "somehow" get added into the spot where I'm editing. It makes NO sense and is only happening within Firefox. Is there a way to fix it? I've noticed this happening on both Facebook and Indeed now too...so, I think it could be more of an issue with Firefox than certain sites.

This has been going on for a week or two. I'm running Windows 11 and Firefox 123.0.1. Specific links inside a health plan web site will not download but using Chrome or Edge they do download successfully. I'm also using Bitdefender. Other links inside the site do allow pdf downloads on Fireffox. I've reviewed the information available through this discussion site but cannot find something that applies. I allow tried backing up to version 122 but that did not help and the Create a New Profile requirement was a big deterrent. When attempting the download, I do get a swirly download icon specific to the web site that lasts about a second and then vanishes with the download folder for Firefox showing no download. Thanks for anyone's ideas on this.

I just changed my billing method for pocket premium and a message stated that my subscription was charged to the new credit card. I was already charged the subscription on a different card that I wanted removed from my account. Will this be refunded immediately?
