What happened? Icome in & get this 'do you want to be default broser? & all controls are changed...what did you do? Do you want me to go to another browseer

I just tried to log in and find I don't have Firefox as a browser & I don't have Word 10 & other programs that I use quite often. I will go back to another Browser if you cannot fix this. I just do not understand what happened here.

please update to Firefox 22, Firefox 7 is not supported

To update firefox do below.

  1. Go to the Firefox button
  2. Highlight help and click About Firefox
  3. Click check for updates
  4. After the update is complete, restart firefox
