On the top left corner when any new window is opened (the red, yellow, and green) the maximize, minimize and close buttons, the red button isn't active however a rectangle separate window opened up with just two options: Cancel and OK- the OK button is flashing blue for my pointer to click on, when I do it doesn't respond and I can't open a new window to firefox because it won't let me, I tried restarting my computer but it won't let me because that application is still running it says to close it first and than I can restart however it still does not respond, so whats going on?
