Does anyone know of an add-on that allows me to set a download start time?

I have Download-Them-All & Download Status Bar. I would like to be able to set a download start time, because my work only has a 384JKBPS line & our operations slow to a crawl if I download software updates during business hours. I've browsed the Download add-on section & nothing in the descriptions I found mentioned this feature. Please help.

Use an external download manager that supports scheduling downloads.

I've installed FastGot & searched it thoroughly: it does not have this feature itself. It looks to me like FashGot integrates with a number of download managers, & perhaps one of them has the selectable download start time feature.

Does anyone know of a download manager that has this feature? This would save me from having to research all of them hoping to find some mention of it. Thank you.
