How can I get file, edit, bookmarks toolbar back on firefox, it was accidently deleated.

The color scheme on my Firefox home page was changed, and in the process of trying to get back to default, I deleated the file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, help bar. I can't seem to figure out how to get it back. I am running Windows7 home on a new emachine and Firefox 3.8. Any ideas on how to get back?
