I have the same problem after Firefox updated today

more options

haven't tried it myself but saw this earlier in a blog somewhere:

"try retro installing FF v3.6.3",

makes sense 'cos I've only been experiencing the same problem with mozilla & realplayer combo since updating to latest FF v3.6.4

noted that under IE realplayer plugin still works fine, button to 'download this video' comes on as before.....

from what I read retro install will pick up all your bookmarks etc. do no worries there

naughty, NAUGHTY mozilla people! you were 'bombproof' until today....what happened? good luck sorting it out though!!!! I still luv you!

same problem with Firefox 3.6.6 and work with chrome

I had the same problem and found a workaround. So you don't have to go back to the previous version of Firefox and keep the latest version 3.6.6.

1) Open real player 2) you will see tabs like Now playing, My library, Burn etc., 3) Go to web tab. 4) search the video you want and click on it. 5)The "Download" video will appear

have anyone tired to let a process access the internet (called - plugin-container.exe) apparently with the new update sometimes it won't load video's etc, and if it is blocked via firewall/internet security then it won't d/l the videos.

I think with the new FF update it launches the plug-in container separate from firefox itself, correct me if i'm wrong.

I noticed myself that when i enable the file to access the Internet then my problems are solved.

This does work: type about:config in the address bar Then in the filter box type dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll.

Then change the value to false. To change the value, right click on the "dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll" line & choose "Toggle" The value will change from "true" to "false". Restart Firefox.
