I am using MaCos Monterey and had firefox with several extensions. I had an issue with accessing one website that caused my firefox to lock up several times and firefox built a new profile and I lost so much work I have done with my extensions. I have a folder on my desktop now called old firefox data but so many conflicting articles on how to restore. After this I doubt I will keep using firefox but need to restore this data. anyone have a suggestion on how?
