You have to understand that I don't understand anything about code.

I am 61 years old and you and google and MS are making it more and more complicated in the name of BS safety

I have ESET Internet Security and addons that block popups and dangerous websites.

I suggest you offer a browser that is easier for me to understand.

My computer was destroyed when I installed the Windows 1903 update.

Then I accidentally deleted all my files ,and I didn't have a hard disk backup

Is it possible you can send me all my bookmarks from 12 months ago

Or give me instructions on how to recover without being too complicated

If your hard drive was damaged, the only option is any backups you made. As to the hard drive, sometimes a tech can recover something.
