using my ETrade website I can't get the live CNBC feed to work: in the pop up window, it says I need a plug-in for it to work: searched for a plug in; no result

new ACER laptop.Windows 10. Got the latest Firefox update when I first tried to open Firefox. 

On the ETrade site, I should be able to watch a live CNBC feed.  When I click on that option, the box for the feed appears, but an error message appears in the box saying it requires a plug-in.  i have searched the Firefox plug in page for Etrade and for CNBC with no result.  Can you help me out with this?  I have been able to watch on my older Windows laptop, so it's not a problem with ETrade.
