don't know if I installed it correctly and can't finish donation. Why?

When I tried to give the minimum donation using a credit card, It just spins forever and doesn't pop up with any other finishing data. I also don't know if I have a full version, so I can switch from using google to firefox as my default browser. How can I resolve both issues. Thanks!
