Adobe Flash Player is not updated
Good day. Please tell me this problem. Can't play videos. For example this http://www.otr-online.ru/kino/zal-nomer-37984.html When trying to play, appears "Adobe Flash Player out of date" and offers to download the new version. I download, install, go again at this link, and again it appears that Adobe Flash Player is outdated. Tried this 3 times, every time is error Adobe Flash Player is outdated. How to solve this problem?

Sometimes the Adobe Flash installer does not clear out old versions, so Firefox may continue to use them. Could you check whether Firefox found multiple versions here: type or paste about:plugins in the address bar and press Enter to load that internal page. The beginning of the file name for the Flash DLL file is npswf32 so you can use Find (Ctrl+f) to jump through the page to see whether Firefox is using multiple versions.
If that is the problem:
The official cleanup method is to use Adobe's uninstall tool to remove ALL Flash, and then install just the latest. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
However, if you are handy with computers, you can use the Path listed on the about:plugins page to track down and remove the older files. ONLY remove the listed old files and not other Flash files that may be used by other browsers or programs.

Thank you very much. It worked.
