I want to find out what version I have and update but there is no ? on my menu
I don't seem to have any firefox tools in my program. I want to check updates, etc, but there is no place to find them.
Also is there any way to change fonts, size, add emojis, etc in emails?

The "?" should be on the bottom row of the graphical menu that appears when you click the toolbar menu button with 3 horizontal bars. If you have a lot of icons on that menu, perhaps the bottom line is being pushed off the screen??
You also can access the Help menu from the classic menu bar. Tap the Alt key or F10 key to activate the menu bar.
Also, you might take a look at the Troubleshooting Information page. It contains detailed information on your current Firefox installation, but right in the first table, it lists your exact version number. You can open that using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
- (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
- type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter
Regarding emails, those usually are features provided by your email website. Are you using a common one like Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail/Outlook?

Thanks! For email I have ATT/SBCGLOBAL. I can't find anyplace or toolbars while using FF to change anything. I can do it from Explorer, but who wants to use that? And it doesn't hold over to FF.

Is that now on the Yahoo mail platform? I suspect Yahoo doesn't provide as much functionality on its mail compose toolbar in Firefox as in IE, but perhaps we can develop a workaround for that, or maybe there's already an add-on. You could search here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/
