My bookmarks disappeared. They won't restore. I can see the past files but get a "Unable to process the backup file." message when I try. They also won't save new bookmarks. I've checked out the articles on here regarding "Unable to process the backup file" and I either don't understand them or it hasn't worked. What is happening?
