How can I stop Firefox 36.0.1 from crashing constantly? The crash report is a useless feature as Mozilla never responds to it. I may quit using it

It crashes just about every time I visit Fox news. I have zero problems with other browsers so I may switch. The send crash report is a joke as Mozilla never responds. I will remove that directly. I have a high speed internet connection and a almost new PC. Firefox has turned into a joke.

The crash reporting system is for improving the product, not directly for user support.

Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash, and we'll see if we can help you.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

I am no longer using Firefox. I have had enough of it's 10 per day crashes. Mozilla can take a hike. What they need is more people like you. It is hard for me to leave as I have used Fx since day one when it was called Phoenix, then Firebird and to me it seems like the problems started with Mozilla trying to keep up with Chrome.
