All I have are the options in the photos attached. None of them give an option to see a list of websites that have access to my mic and camera.

"Tools > Page info > Permissions" does not work because I need to know the name of the website first, before I can go to it and click the green lock on the left of the address bar.

I would like to see a list of websites that have access to my camera and mic. Such as a "Permissions" area.

Thank you

You probably will have to use the SQLite Manager extension to inspect the permissions.sqlite database directly in Firefox 48.

That would be a O/S setting that uses and controls the camera.

Thanks for the response.

It seems like it would be in the OS, but it is in the browser. I would like to know what websites I have allowed access to my mic and camera. Firefox used to have this feature, I don't know what happened to it. Chrome has a similar feature.

Per domain that information is available in the Page Info dialog window. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-page-info-window

For a number of versions Firefox did have an internal "page" - about:permissions - where you could view "All Sites", but that was removed before Firefox 48.

My screenshot is from Firefox 38.7 ESR; the Firefox 47.0.1 version I also have installed doesn't have about:permissions. My guess is that it was removed with Firefox 45 and 45 ESR versions.

As I recall, there were many questions / complaints back when about:permissions was removed. And maybe there were extensions available back then that "restored" that "page". but I can't say for sure, it was never very important to me to have it on a desktop PC and not having a laptop.
