General tips and tricks
- A dirty proximity sensor (located near the front facing camera) can cause your screen to dim. To prevent this, keep the area around the front-facing camera clean.
- Different manufacturers often implement different variants of Android and have slightly differently named Android settings. Also, setting names change in newer versions of Android. - Power saving: Turn off or increase timeout before it starts.
- Battery saver: Turn off or increase timeout to prevent dimming.
