Hello

Environment:

 Firefox Quantum 63.0.1
 OSX 10.14

tl;dr Cannot add certificate exception from the warning page. Also manually adding the certificate is not working.

---

I've got a development environment with an expired certificate (check https://i.snag.gy/OESUkM.jpg), and when I click on advanced the "Add Exception" feature mentioned on the docs is missing (check https://i.snag.gy/zMmotk.jpg). (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/secure-website-certificate#w_problematic-certificates)

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks
