Desde la noche del pasado día 13 de marzo de 2024, los vídeos de YouTube no se reproducen en ninguna versión de Firefox. Sólo puede verse un mensaje que dice: «Se ha producido un error. Vuelve a intentarlo más tarde. (ID de reproducción: VNiWNSQkPtrPuDBs)». Obviamente, la ID de reproducción varía según el vídeo. El problema no ocurre con los vídeos «Shorts», sólo con los de duración normal. Mediante la extensión Easy Youtube Video Downloader, puedo descargar cualquier vídeo y verlo directamente en mi ordenador, pero esa no es la solución perfecta. También puedo copiar el vínculo, pegarlo en el navegador Safari y verlo desde ahí, pero tampoco resulta cómodo. He probado hasta la versión 123.0, pero el resultado es el mismo.

Hola, acabo de comprobar que desde que se ha aplicado la nueva actualización de Firefox 122 los enlaces ed2k de emule no se pueden agregar. Ruego expliquen qué sucede y den una solución a este problema que acaban de generar porque hasta ayer iba todo perfectamente y hoy al pinchar en los elinks no se agregan al Emule de ninguna forma.

Hello, Since a few days ago, every 2 or 3 days, my Firefox profile becomes corrupted and I need to create a new one. I have sync enabled in 3 devices, one Windows 10, one Windows 11 and one with Android.

It works fine for a few days, until one of the windows devices stops working and becomes profile corruption.

Any ideas?

No se que he activado que ahora cuando busco en google me aparecen en algunos resultados lo que marco en la captura busqueda, por otro lado cuando abro la pagina me aparece un marco de Google Traductor (ver captura Marco Google), he revisado las extensiones y no tengo nada relacionado con esto instalado

¿Como podria quitarlo?

Hace años usaba una Extensión de Firefox que mejoraba el manejo de la FindBar. Por ejemplo, podía hacer cosas como que apareciera arriba de la pantalla y no abajo, o que pulsando Ctrl+F por segunda vez la barra volviera a ocultarse. Pero ahora ya no encuentro esa extensión. ¿Hay alguna forma de conseguir al menos que la FindBar aparezca en la parte superior de la pantalla?...

Years ago I used a Firefox Add-on that improved the management of the FindBar. For example, it could do things like making it appear at the top of the screen instead of the bottom, or pressing Ctrl+F a second time would make the bar hide again. But now I can't find that extension anymore. Is there any way to at least get the FindBar to appear at the top of the screen?...

Todos los sitios me funcionan bien. Youtube me anda incluso mejor que con otros navegadores, sin embargo, con Firefox no puedo utilizar Twitch. Los directos se traban, no cargan. Cosa que con Chrome o Edge no me ocurre. ¿Hay algun tipo de solucion? Probe reinstalando varias veces, borrando cada archivo del mismo. Actualice a las ultimas versiones y aún funciona asi.

The login using user/password with wikiloc web url does not work. It does nothing when you put the user and the password and push login.

With Edge and Chrome does work (I know those are based on Chromium).

Also in some webs when user and password are completed automatically with Firefox also does not work, and the trick is introduce it manually. but in this web the trick does not work neither.

I'd like to be able to open new tabs from my search bar autocomplete suggestions by wheel clicking them without the browser switching to the tab I open.

To be really specific so there's no room for misunderstanding: let's say I type "youtube" and the search bar shows me 3 or 4 of my most visited channels. I want to be able to open them through mousewheel clicks, all in new tabs, without the search bar collapsing and the browser taking me to the first tab I open.

It may sound dumb but this is the only thing preventing me from completely switching to Firefox, since I'm really used to doing things this way. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I have been using the TVHeadend server for many years to watch TV channels remotely via a browser. However, for years I have been forced to use blink-based web browsers because it has never been possible for Firefox to be able to watch such TV streams. Moreover, after consulting TVHeadend forums, no Linux user is able to watch such channels with Firefox and they have to use any of the other browsers.

That's why I'm asking you directly. I have all the necessary drivers and codecs on Linux to watch any kind of video and audio container and yet Firefox is unable to display the embedded video through the TVHeadend GUI.

After clicking on the TV icon in TVHeadend, the floating playback window pops up showing "An unknow error occurred" and in console, I can see the following error messages:

So, I've been using the firefox bookmarks like forever. Everything used to work fine when I format my PC and export/import .json bookmarks. But the last time I did, everytime I try to delete one single bookmark is taking forever. Like 5 minutes to delete a single bookmark.

Any ideas?

Muy buen día, tuve que formatear mi computadora. Sincronicé mi cuenta de firefox para conservar marcadores, claves de sitios, etc. Luego de terminar el proceso y reinstalar el navegador firefox, al intentar inicar sesión de nuevo para recuperar marcadores y configuración en general del navegador me decía que la clave era incorrecta, cuando estaba 100% seguro de que era la indicada, luego de tanto intentar y bloqueos de 15 min por los intentos fallidos, opté por utilizar la opción de reestablecer la contaseña, llevándome la lamentable sorpresa que luego de realizar ese proceso se perdió la información de todos mis marcadores y configuración en general del navegador. Agradecería mucho me pudieran orientar y ayudar a como recuperar nuevamente toda esa información ya que eran muchos marcadores y muchas claves de sitios guardadas que son muy importantes, muchas gracias de antemano

Using Firefox 68.4.1 ESR (64-bits) In windows 10 22h2, I am launching firefox.exe "https://tuturno.juntadeandalucia.es/S" , in a kiosk mode with autologin from gpo, I am using the Modern Kiosk extension, although the extension is not enabled, the first time the Firefox is launched to https://tuturno.juntadeandalucia.es, I receive a web message in Firefox saying:

Uf. Tenemos problemas para encontrar este sitio. No podemos conectar la servidor en tuturno.juntadeandalucia.es Si escribió la dirección correcta, puede:

• Probar de nuevo más tarde
• Verificar la conexión a internet
• Comprobar que Firefox tiene permiso para acceder a la web ( puede ser que esté conectado pero detrás de un firewall)

The question is that when I push the Retry button I can access to the web without any problem. ( I added a image of the error describing the problem).

Is there any way that Firefox can't obviate this type of message accessing to the web? I'm interested, as when I push the Retry button I access to the web https://tuturnos.juntadeandalucia.es without any problem. Maybe some configuration in about:config?

Some of the applications I use on a daily basis that are backed up with Service worker fail with "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource." when i try to use them using Firefox on Responsive mode. They work correctly on Firefox mobile application and also on Firefox without being on Responsive mode. The Service Worker is using `caches.match` which lately with the mentioned NetworkError.

quiero que el audio de mi navegador, saque el audio por dos dispositivos. Una television(que esta con HDMI) y unos auriculares

seria para ver dos cosas distintas a la ves.

La tele estaria una serie y en los auriculares musica(usando pestañas del firefox)

Es posible hacer eso?

In some websites, especially Google when I click the Enter key to search, it starts a new line and doesn't search. Also in Google, the suggestions list when I press the down arrow key, it doesn't do anything like in the past. Is something related to the keyboard or Google (and other pages)?
